OK so wow! Service was friendly, polite helpful. My room was a little small, obviously worn, but clean. And I mean no dust on the top edge of the mirror or windowsills clean. For the price, totally impressed. Got a smoking room, and it didn't smell like 100 old men had been chain smoking in it for years. Genuinely impressed. Update: After multiple stays, still super happy with this place . For the price and the service you can't beat it.
I was looking for a decently rated room to sleep in for a night at a good price. I was very happty with the room. It's not the Ritz, but everything was very clean and in good condition. I don't know if they recently remodeled, but it was the flooring was in perfect shape and it had the cleanest tub/shower I've seen in a while, even at more expensive hotels. It had a half-size fridge/freezer instead of the cubical min-fridge. It was quiet, the staff was friendly, and I would stay here again.

My husband and I have been traveling in our camper and decided to get a hotel room for a night to shower and clean up. We were very surprised at how comfortable the bed was. The rooms were clean. The owners were very friendly. We ended up staying 3 nights. My only dislike was the cost. At 100 a night I thought it was high but it was short notice. Definitely would come back and recommend to anyone needing a night
Excellent experience. Very nice, friendly, and accommodating owners. I had car trouble, stayed one night, booked 2 more, but then my car was quickly fixed. They willingly refunded me the 2 days and let me check out past 11AM. Couldn't have asked for better. Also, the rooms were clean, and I love how close it is to downtown.
This is a great place too stay, staff is really awesome and the rooms are cleaned and felt welcomed there. We will be going back again, we stayed there to go hot tubbing next door at Springfield spas. Thank you for the wonderful stay, I will recommend this place for anyone, thank you again.
The people that work there are really nice. The rooms are clean. I'm ready for you. They have refrigerators, they have microwaves, and they have cable tv and the beds are not bad. I will choose to go there over motel six.And they're cheaper than motel six. Regency is where i'm going to get my rooms from now on
